Scope of work and sampling plan based on the Phase I findings
ASTM E1903-19 (2020) / licensed PE or PG partners
Phase II ESA Coordination
If a Phase I identifies a recognized environmental condition (REC), we scope the Phase II, obtain fixed bids from licensed partners, and manage it so you keep one point of contact.

Scope and deliverables
Know exactly what’s included.
A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment samples soil, groundwater or soil vapor to test whether contamination is present where a Phase I identified a REC. For a property with current or past on-site dry cleaning, SBA requires the Phase II to be performed by an independent Environmental Professional with a current PE or PG license and the equivalent of 3 years of full-time relevant experience. We scope the investigation, obtain fixed bids from licensed partners, and manage schedule and reporting.
Fixed bids from licensed Phase II partners
