Text message (SMS) terms

Compyle Environmental sends text messages from (858) 299-2442 about environmental report requests and projects. We do not send marketing text messages.

How you agree to texts

  • When you submit a request on this site and provide a mobile number, you agree that we may text you about that request: confirming scope and price, scheduling the site visit, and notifying you when the report is delivered.
  • If you check the “text me updates” box on the order form, you also agree to receive order-status messages.
  • If you call or text us, we may text you back about your call or message, including an automatic reply when we miss your call.

What we send and how often

  • Request confirmations, quote and agreement updates, site visit scheduling, report delivery notices, and replies to your questions.
  • Message frequency varies by project, usually 3 to 8 messages per report.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop texts. You may receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also opt out by emailing hello@compyleenvironmental.com or calling (858) 299-2442.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@compyleenvironmental.com or (858) 299-2442.
  • Opting out of texts does not affect your order. We will keep in touch by email and phone.

Privacy

  • We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
  • We share them only with the service providers that run our phone and messaging service, or when required by law.
