These terms govern your use of https://www.compyleenvironmental.com and the tools on it, operated by SmartAppetite Corporation dba Compyle Environmental. Services you order are governed separately by our Engagement Terms, which you accept at authorization.

Informational tools

The SBA requirement checker, instant estimate, cost guides and other content are provided for convenience. They summarize public standards and regulations (including SBA SOP 50 10 8.1 and ASTM standards) as of the dates shown, but they are not legal, lending or engineering advice, and they do not create an engagement. Confirm requirements with your lender or agency.

Estimates and prices

Prices shown on the site are our published flat fees for standard-scope properties. An order request is not a commitment by either party; the fee and schedule become binding only when we confirm scope and you authorize the engagement.

Google Maps address features

Our address search uses Google Maps Platform. Use of these features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use automated means to scrape, overload or probe the site, submit false information, or interfere with other users. We may block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

Site content, tools and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links and print pages for your own use in connection with a transaction.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties regarding the site and its content and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability for services is addressed in the Engagement Terms.
